To My Teachers
Thank you to my teachers.
To those who patiently repeated things I did not understand the first time. To those who gave me space to be confused, to ask questions, and to find my own way within this work.
Gratitude
Healing work does not happen alone.
This page is a place of gratitude for all the people who have walked alongside me on this path. Teachers, therapists, friends, family, clients, and communities.
For the people who held me, taught me, believed in me, opened doors for me, or simply stayed beside me.
So much of what moves through me today first came through someone else who was willing to sit with me in uncertainty.
Thank you to my teachers.
To those who patiently repeated things I did not understand the first time. To those who gave me space to be confused, to ask questions, and to find my own way within this work.
To everyone who came to sessions with me.
Sometimes from far away, sometimes carrying pain that had already been with them for years.
Thank you for trusting my hands, my presence, and this space we shared together.
I do not take it for granted.
To the people who listened to me even late at night. Who made me tea. Who reminded me to rest when I forgot.
Who believed in this path before I fully knew it myself.
You are my support, my grounding, and my home.
To trees, water, long walks.
To silence, which has been one of my deepest teachers.
And to the thing that moves through this work that cannot really be named, yet is deeply felt.
Thank you for lighting the path. Quietly, loudly, and with all my heart.
