My Path

My path includes training in ICS therapy, Thai massage, bodywork, practical anatomy and art history, aquatic bodywork, fascia work in water and on land, and a 500 hour yoga teacher training. I am a student of dharma.

I studied the principles of aquatic bodywork at "Fly Deeper" Academy, and Contact Improvisation and Resistance through "Towards", Center for Embodied Arts and Transformative Learning. Contact Improvisation has been a deep thread in my life, both as a personal practice and as something I have shared with others around the world over the past two years.

I also teach Acro Yoga, handstands and art workshops. These are shaping the way I listen — to the body, to subtle patterns, and to what may be present beneath the surface.

Why ICS

I was drawn to ICS at a meaningful crossroads in my life, while searching both for healing and for a deeper sense of purpose. What I value in this method is its precision, innovation, and the way it invites both clear assessment and independent thinking.

My Purpose

In a deep and quiet moment, I came to a clear knowing that I want to devote myself to supporting others on their path to self realization. I believe that each person carries a unique inner guidance for living, something that can be heard through the quieter spaces of the heart. Often, what is needed is to learn how to listen, and to understand what prevents us from hearing that guidance clearly. For me, this path must also move through the body, and this is the realm I feel most devoted to supporting in my work today.

My Approach

I am at the beginning of my path as a therapist, and I meet this work with sincerity, humility, curiosity, and deep passion for the field. For me, each session is part of an ongoing exploration of the body, healing, and human connection. My approach is rooted in listening, sensitivity, and respect for the body's intelligence. I am interested not only in symptoms, but in the deeper patterns beneath them, and in supporting people through gentle, embodied work that meets them with care, attention and openness.
